Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the email mailbox you wish to forward e-mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
